In short: Sentinella checks the official data of the companies you choose every 7 days and emails you when directors, shareholders, registered office, PEC, legal form, financial statements or company status change. It costs 39€ a month for 5 companies or 99€ for 25 companies, with no commitment. With the Investigation report it is included free for 12 months on the company verified.

Why it matters after the first check

A report captures the company on the day you download it. Weeks can pass between an order and payment: in the meantime the director may change, shareholders may leave, the registered office may move or the company may close. If you know straight away, you can stop a delivery, ask for an advance or shorten the payment terms before the credit becomes a problem.

What it monitors

For each company we check these items in the Registro Imprese and in the financial statements filed:

Company status and cessation date: whether it closes or goes into liquidation
Directors and offices: who joins and who leaves
Shareholders and stakes: changes in the shareholder base
Legal form: transformations of the company
Registered office: relocations
PEC: change of the official certified email address
Net equity and share capital
Revenue and filing of a new financial statement

Sentinella does not monitor protests, adverse entries or insolvency proceedings: the source that holds them does not allow automatic monitoring. For those, a new report or the Negatività check is needed.

How often do you check the companies?

Every 7 days, which is the update frequency of the Registro Imprese dataset we use, according to the documentation of the data provider.

Do you also alert me about protests and insolvency proceedings?

No. That data sits in a source that does not allow automatic monitoring. Sentinella flags changes in the Registro Imprese and in the financial statements; for protests and proceedings a new check is needed.

How do I get Sentinella for free?

By buying the Investigation report (99€): Sentinella activates by itself on the report's VAT number for 12 months, with alerts sent to the email address you paid with. It applies to one company per report.

Can I cancel?

Yes, whenever you like, from the Stripe portal: the subscription stops at the end of the month paid. Sentinella included with the Investigation stops by itself at expiry.
