How it works

Five steps, from the free search to the report — no surprises between one step and the next.

  1. 1. Search for the company, free

Enter the VAT number or tax code. You immediately see the company name, municipality and legal form — no account, no payment required for this preview.

  2. 2. Tell us what you are about to do

Invoicing, signing a contract, recovering a debt, assessing a stake — or checking your own company, to see what banks and suppliers see: the report is read according to what you are about to do, not as a generic list of data.

  3. 3. State how much you are exposing yourself

The amount you are about to invoice, guarantee or recover. The report compares it with the recommended exposure limit for that company and tells you right away whether you are within it — this is not data we share with third parties.

  4. 4. Choose the tier and pay

Verifica, Decisione or Istruttoria — one-time payment via Stripe, never a subscription. See the comparison of the three tiers on the pricing page.

  5. 5. Receive the report

The report arrives within a few minutes of payment confirmation, ready online with PDF export. If a company has signals that need looking into, we wait for that additional data before delivering: we prefer a complete report to a fast one.

Free giftAnti-fraud check with every company product

Is the person writing to you, or asking you for a payment, really that company? After purchase, check the email, website and IBAN they gave you: the typical signs of a fake supplier and of IBAN-change fraud.

  • VAT number in the European VIES register, with the registered name
  • Disposable email or free webmail instead of the company domain
  • Domain age: domains created a few days ago are the classic sign of a fake supplier
  • Domains reported for malware or phishing
  • Protection against fake emails sent in the company's name (SPF and DMARC)
  • VAT number shown on the domain's website and fingerprint of the company's services
  • Data breaches suffered by the website (Have I Been Pwned)
  • IBAN: correctly written and from a country consistent with the company
