How we choose the acts
We check the official sources every hour. An act becomes an article only if it changes something for those working in a practice: a circular or provision of the Agenzia, a tax decree, a judgment of the tax section, or a ruling on a topic that practices follow (deadlines, returns, biennial preventive composition agreement, VAT, business crisis, anti-money laundering). Internal appointments, calls for tenders, sector tax codes and statistics are excluded.
- Official sources only: every fact comes from the text of the act, never from press leaks.
- One article per fact: if the same provision arrives from several sources, we update the existing article.
- Date of the act always visible, alongside those of publication and update.

Frequently asked questions
How often are tax news items published?
The official sources are checked every hour. An article is published only when an official act changes something for the practice, so on some days there are several and on others none.
Where does the information in the articles come from?
From official texts: Agenzia delle Entrate, Official Gazette, MEF, INPS, Court of Cassation, Senate and Chamber of Deputies, and the Fondazione Nazionale di Ricerca dei Commercialisti (National Research Foundation of Accountants). Each article links to the act in the Sources section; press reports are not used as the source of any fact.
Do the articles replace the opinion of a professional?
No. They explain what the act says and what changes in general; the application to an individual client remains an assessment for the practice.
