Italian company report glossary for Irish readers

Updated to

In short: an Italian company report is in Italian, and each term has a specific meaning. The form (S.r.l., S.p.A.) is part of the legal name, the visura is the register extract, the bilancio the annual financial statements, and insolvenza and liquidazione giudiziale belong to the Italian insolvency code. This glossary maps them for an Irish reader.

Part of the guide Checking an Italian company: a guide for Irish businesses. All guides: Guides.

The service and the report are in Italian, and they come from Italian official sources: company names, offices and procedures keep their original Italian wording. Veryfy does not offer a translated report, and checkout is in Italian for now.
