Tenders, Subcontracts and At-Risk Construction Sites Observatory: Debarment Orders (interdittive), Exclusions, Suspensions and Rulings
Updated to
In short: rulings on exclusions and subcontracts, ANAC guidance, Labour Inspectorate checks on construction sites and investigations into tenders are published all day long: here each one is explained, with what to verify before signing a subcontract or entering a joint venture. We check official sources every 3 hours, from 7 to 21 hours, and every article links to the act or press release it is based on. It is written for construction firms, plant installers, general contractors, RUP (responsible procurement officers) and engineers.
How we choose the news
A news item becomes an article only if it comes from an official source and changes something for whoever has to decide on a customer, a supplier or a partner. Service notices, events and appointments are left out.
- Official sources only: every fact comes from the act or press release of the authority, never from press rumours.
- One article per fact: if the same news item comes from several sources, we update the existing article.
- No name given as guilty: an investigation remains an investigation, and we write it that way.

Frequently asked questions
How often is this page updated?
Official sources are checked every 3 hours, from 7 to 21 hours. An article is published only when an official source releases a relevant news item, so some days there are several and others none.
Where does the news come from?
From institutional sources: ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority), the Italian administrative justice system (Giustizia amministrativa), the National Labour Inspectorate (Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro), the Guardia di Finanza (Financial Police), the Gazzetta Ufficiale (Official Gazette). Each article links the act or press release in the Sources section.
What does the page's alert level measure?
It counts the reports published on this page in the last 7 days. It measures how much official activity there is on the topic, not the risk of a single company: for that, a check on the counterparty is needed.
