Tender radar, PNRR revocations and solvency requirements: exclusions, revocations and checks on public funding

Updated to

In breve: everyone publishes the launch of a tender; exclusions, revocations of funding, investigations into undue receipt of public funds and TAR rulings far less often. Here each one is explained with the requirements that triggered the block. We check official sources every 3 hours, from 7 to 21 hours., and each article links the act or press release it is based on. It is written for SME owners, CFOs and subsidised-finance consultants.

How we choose the news

A piece of news becomes an article only if it comes from an official source and changes something for whoever must decide on a client, a supplier or a partner. Service notices, events and appointments are left out.

Frequently asked questions

How often is this page updated?

Official sources are checked every 3 hours, from 7 to 21 hours. An article is published only when an official source issues a relevant notice, so some days there are several and others none.

Where does the news come from?

From institutional sources: the Official Gazette (Gazzetta Ufficiale), the Guardia di Finanza (Italian financial police), the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO), the administrative justice system (Giustizia amministrativa), the European Banking Authority. Each article links the act or press release in the Sources section.

What does the page's alert level measure?

It counts the notices published on this page in the last 7 days. It measures how much official activity there is on the subject, not the risk of a single company: for that, a check on the counterparty is needed.
