Article 1 of the decree places the cooperative, tax code 01032150763, in compulsory administrative liquidation under Article 2545-terdecies of the Civil Code (c.c.). The decree also refers to Title VII, Part One, of the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code (Codice della crisi d'impresa e dell'insolvenza, legislative decree 12 January 2019, no. 14) and to Article 390 of the same decree. With the same act, the Ministry appoints the compulsory liquidator.
